We, the logistics team, take care of the management and expansion of the ABOUT YOU logistics network. We are responsible for and coordinate the cooperation with national and international logistics partners. We always keep an eye on our relevant key figures and continuously develop our logistics processes in order to offer our customers the best possible service and shopping experience. Together, we manage the day-to-day operations of our warehouse and transportation service providers around the world. We use KPIs and reporting systems to coordinate and monitor the daily flow of goods and to continuously develop and adapt our existing logistics network and infrastructure. We take care of all logistics services for our warehouse network, all transportation services and, of course, the packaging materials used. We do not focus on individual areas, but rather pursue a universal approach: we take on operational challenges and develop strategic recommendations for action. Your first logistics

Ihre Aufgaben

As Logistics Manager - Controlling (m/f/d), you and your team will be responsible for the cost management of logistics processes and will manage and monitor our national and international logistics service providers. In addition, you will be responsible for the evaluation and further development of all relevant key figures relating to budget and cost management in the logistics sector.,

• Definition, evaluation and analysis of relevant KPIs and our logistics controlling system

• Responsibility for budget planning and cost monitoring for complete sub-areas of logistics

• Further development of the content and concepts of our internal controlling processes

• Defining, negotiating and introducing new billing models with external logistics service providers

• Analyzing and benchmarking operational cost drivers and deriving measures to identify potential savings

• Supporting the team in the billing processes with our affiliated service providers

• Collaboration with national and international companies / cooperation partners in the areas of logistics & fashion

• Reviewing the performance promises of our service providers to ensure our high quality standards

Ihr Profil

• Completed business studies, ideally with a focus on controlling and/or logistics

• Professional experience in the field of eCommerce / logistics / controlling

• Very good handling of MS Office (especially Excel)

• Knowledge of CostPlus / open book accounting is an advantage

• Enjoy working with numbers and KPIs

• Very good written and spoken English skills

• High motivation as well as a proactive and independent way of working

• Entrepreneurial thinking, assertiveness and strong analytical skills

• Hands-on mentality and problem-solving skills as well as organizational skills
