Ihre Aufgaben

Our IT team consists of about 50 employees. You will work on IT tasks and projects together with your colleagues. During your 3-year apprenticeship, you will get to know various areas of IT, such as IT helpdesk, IT infrastructure or IT security.

IT specialists specialising in system integration plan and configure IT systems. As a service provider in your own company or at the customer's, you set up these systems according to customer requirements and operate or manage them. This also includes systematically isolating and rectifying faults when they occur, using expert and diagnostic systems. You advise internal and external users on the selection and use of equipment and solve application and system problems. In addition, you create system documentation and conduct training for users.

Ihr Profil

• Secondary school leaving certificate or university entrance qualification

• Good performance in mathematics, German and English

• Very good PC skills and interest in new information technologies

• Interest in and understanding of (IT) technical and business processes and interrelationships

• Ability to communicate and work in a team

• Very good knowledge of German and good written and spoken English
