Your apprenticeship with us

The tasks that await you in this apprenticeship:

Für dich als angehenden Industriemechanikerin kommt es auf Details an. Du baust, bedienst, überwachst und wartetst Anlagen, die so präzise arbeiten, dass schon ein Tausendstelmilimeter den Unterschied macht.

Dazu lernst du nicht nur mit verschiedenen Werkstoffen umzugehen, sondern du überwachst Produktionsabläufe und sorgst für konstante gute Qualität.

Die Ausbildungsdauer beträgt 3,5 Jahre. Bei guten Leistungen hast du die Möglichkeit deine Ausbildungszeit zu verkürzen. Ausbildungsbeginn ist am 01. September 2024.

How is the apprenticeship at ams OSRAM structured?

The training in our company consists of three parts: Practical assignments in our company, teaching units at the vocational school or the external training partner, and teaching units in our company. The time allocation is based on the training plan and the associated content. In each phase of the training, you will receive feedback from us, which will enable you to accurately assess your current level of training. Before each new training phase, you will receive an orientation and/or induction from us.
