Support of the defined key accounts with regard to sales target planning, potential analysis and increase of sell-through with a view to the above-mentioned goals

Customer-oriented implementation of the adidas brand concepts as well as ensuring a market-leading brand presentation at the POS (online and off-line, space security, signalling)

Development of account strategies, analysis and preparation of sales figures, implementation of adidas marketing strategies

Implementation of a national and European sales strategy within the customer group

Organization and management of the sell-in process (especially preparation and follow-up as well as implementation of collection templates, preparation of presentations and offers, sample handling) as well as the downstream sell-out support

Co-development of Special Make-Ups (SMUs) in close coordination and cooperation with the global Business Unit (BU)

Continuous control and management of order books as well as reliable and cost-efficient procurement and delivery in close cooperation with Customer Service

Regular monitoring and preparation of key figures such as sell-in and sell-out as well as targeted reporting to superiors

Close coordination / active cooperation with account and product marketing as well as customer service

Support of the Director Sales KAM in strategic customer management (analysis and preparation of sales figures, determination of potentials, analyses of customers, competitors and market developments, etc.)
