Key Contributor to the Brand Marketing Originals team by managing and coordinating projects as well as marketing operations.,

Support the execution of campaign planning (in alignment with Brand Comms & Channel leads)

In alignment with the relevant stakeholders lead the implementation and keep track of campaign workback schedule and processes, ensure stakeholder alignment, campaign budget management, and delivery of designated programs and projects across Originals Brand Comms Team

Support yearly MWB planning process and allocation of resources

Establish and champion best practices and expectations for campaign deliverables

Monitor the development of a clear communications and activation plan; highlighting and eliminating inefficiencies and opportunities

Oversee, -and in collaboration with content owners- support and align that milestones are reached across relevant cross-functional stakeholders (e.g. adidas Brand Head Office, BUs, Brand Calendar, Brand Marketing Ops, Finance, etc.)

Partner with cross-functional partners to determine when and how to collaborate throughout campaign development (e.g. Consumer Insights, Trend Working Group, Design, etc.)

Organise, moderate and execute key workshops for strategic purposes

Prepare ongoing presentations on campaigns for SLT members to a high standard and calibre

Partner with Brand Communications Operations team to lead the definition and execution of all project related campaign processes, milestones and planning. Ensure clear milestone planning takes place, and lead the implementation / execution processes

Supports the (Senior) Director Communication as well as the campaign leads on content for brand milestones

Communication: Ensure ongoing communication of priorities and projects via established platforms (e.g. Campaign Portal, Head Office Status, etc.)

Supported by the relevant content owners consolidate content and report on post-campaign analysis to SLT as well as to inform new Brand Campaign briefs

Pro-actively manage the development of key, strategic business projects, to ensure company and brand objectives are met, cross-functional teams are aligned, critical seasonal timelines are met

Support team in all operational issues

Driving cross-functional ways of working improvement (includes working with partner teams to ensure aware of the process)

Driving team efficiency and consistency overall - ex: consistent sharepoint usage / market updates / seeding / briefs / recaps / yammer / Herzo Senior Leadership team
