M&E Global is a defence contractor undertaking services on complex military equipment and aircraft for UK and US contractors. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Team Lead to join our team.

Based in Hohenfels, Germany you'll get to work alongside our dedicated workforce on a US Military base.

Prior Military Vehicle Mechanic and Team Leadership experience will be required, although additional training will be provided on site.

This role is a fantastic chance for you to further develop your skills as a Team Lead, working on a diverse range of wheeled military vehicles in an exciting environment.

General job description

• Account for labour hours of mechanics on base

• Assign work load for all mechanics on base

• Submit and distribute time sheets

• Arranging accommodation for new starters

• Providing reports to clients

• Assisting with Visa process and candidate registrations

• Cover 24 hour operations including night shift and weekends

• Be prepared to be deployed on TDY when required for mission support

• Perform annual service on equipment fleet

• Inspects, repairs and replaces components, engines, transmissions and sub assemblies

• Issues and receive equipment when required

• Other duties as required
