Lead & Guide: Lead the People Services Partner and reception team and distribute responsibilities between the 11 team members (in close cooperation with our Lead of People & Organisation)

Reliable Quality: Control the qualitative handling of all global processes in operational HR management (and reception) along the entire employee life cycle, thus ensuring a positive employee experience

Global structures: Develop global policies, procedures, and guidelines that are compliant yet practical

Global processes: Operationalise and centralise processes, with an ultimate goal of automation

Optimise: Identify need for improvement and be a active driver of change

HR Projects: Coordinate and takeover of projects, also in an international context (e.g. acquisitions, assignment agreements)

Around the Globe: Cooperate closely with global teams and departments across varying time zones across our APAC, EMEA and American markets
Ihr Profil
-
Several years of in-depth experience in people operations, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role in international and fast-paced organisations

Extensive knowledge of German labor law and experience with German works councils

Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail

Competence to work independently and autonomously, in a structured way
-
Ability to collaborate in matrix teams, convince and strongly influence results
-
Strong solution orientation, expertise to develop pragmatic solutions with focus on impact

Willingness to take on full ownership and drive new initiatives from the start until finalisation, strong hands-on mentality and can-do attitude

Ability to remain composed with high volume of activities

Fluent German and English skills
