Ihre Aufgaben


  • You are the contact person in the operational business for our national and international online trading partners.

  • Active sales, care and support of our partners in the online area and key account management up to independent customer development.

  • Accompaniment and control of the entire order process from order receipt to on-time implementation of the order (delivery dates, credit notes, returns, etc.).

  • Master data maintenance / CRM tool maintenance.

  • Establishment and expansion of the B2B business and CRM tool.

  • Participation in (inter)national trade fairs and sales events.

  • Support in the preparation of presentation documents for customer appointments.

  • Interface with all sales relevant units.



Ihr Profil


  • Successfully completed commercial training, a relevant business degree or professional experience in e-commerce and online sales.

  • You are reliable and distinguish yourself through a high level of commitment, independent and goal-oriented work and a sense of responsibility.

  • You communicate confidently and are decisive and assertive.

  • You like to approach people, are curious and fascinated by the world of sales.

  • You find it easy to get to grips with complex digital processes, apply them in various systems on a daily basis, and help shape their further development.

  • You have good knowledge of MS Office programs.

  • Dealing with numbers is no problem for you in order to evaluate profitability.

  • You convince with a high affinity for digital and online products and can already demonstrate good inter- and intramedia knowledge.

  • You can communicate confidently and clearly in both spoken and written German and English.
