Ihre Aufgaben

As a UX Designer at Canon Production Printing you (together with your colleagues in the design department and stakeholders in the business and the software development teams) will help to find correct functional requirements and translate these into user interface designs. In doing this, the alignment within our portfolio is an important aspect. We create a design system to assure this alignment. Together with the other designers in the department, you will work on advancing our print concepts and design system in a consistent way, for the products of today and the future., Our international organization has a flat hierarchy, so you'll be working with lots of other people in an open, creative multidisciplinary environment. That includes our other departments, designers, developers, and architects., "As a Product Designer, I see myself as a guide for the human factors and machine-human interactions which determine what the engine will look like. I use a range of tools, from sketches to CAD modelling in my work. Due to the size of the machines, VR is a highly valuable tool."

You are able to work very hands-on. Application software and controller software are an important part of our development program at R&D. A suite of applications together forms a print workflow solution for professional printing companies.
