Ihre Aufgaben

• Deploy and operate the WSA Azure cloud and on-premise infrastructure

• Support incidents and problems related to IT systems.

• Operate the Disaster Recovery systems to ensure a high availability of our IT systems

• Work on user tickets

• Perform changes to IT systems according to approved Change Management process

Ihr Profil

• Hands-on experience with operating and managing medium to large IT infrastructure.

• Strong knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting virtualization technology with focus on at least 2 of the following; Nutanix AHV, VMWare ESXi, Microsoft HyperV.

• Knowledge in operating IaaS in Azure will be a bonus

• 3-5 years of experience

• Computer Science, Engineering or related subject

• Certification: Nutanix Certified Professional, VMWare Certified Professional Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, MCSE

• Self-driven, able to take initiative. Good communication skills

  **This role is a hybrid position. Candidates will work out of our Palm Beach Gardens Support Center HQ around 50% of the time. **
