TOPdesk is an international software company in the field of service management with 900 employees in 11 countries and 5,000 customers worldwide. For our location in Kaiserslautern, founded in 2004, we are looking for a Scrum Master (m/f/d)* to support our development team.

Your job

• Guiding the team to get the most out of self-organization

• Assessing the agile maturity level of the team and organization to bring them to a higher level

• Creating a trusting and safe environment where issues can be addressed without fear of blame or judgment, with a focus on problem solving

• Facilitating discussions, decision making and conflict resolution

• Assisting with internal and external communications, improving transparency, and disseminating information

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to share knowledge and increase agility in the department

Ihr Profil

• Completed university studies or vocational training, preferably in the IT field

• At least 2-3 years of relevant professional experience

• Enthusiasm for Scrum and Agile

• Excellent communication, mentoring, facilitation and conflict resolution skills

• Experience in software development an advantage

• Very good English skills to communicate on an international level

• Certification is an advantage but not required, TOPdesk will support you to obtain it
