Ihre Aufgaben

• Software project management for international projects in the embedded automotive sector

• Technical leadership of international software project teams

• Control and coordination of all software topics and management of the software change control board

• Planning and monitoring of software development activities, deadlines and costs

• Ensuring all quality assurance measures, active defect tracking and evaluation

• Coordination with the overall project for the development of mechatronic systems

• Contact person for the customer in case of technical questions

Ihr Profil

• Completed studies in the field of (technical) computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study

• Good knowledge of development processes according to CMMI or SPICE, real-time operating systems on embedded controllers, methodology and tools of change management and the development of safety-critical software according to ISO 26262

• In-depth experience in project management (incl. methods and tools) in the automotive or supplier industry, preferably also in an international environment

• Confident command of tools and processes for change management, configuration management and requirements management

• Experience in dealing with intercultural teams as well as persuasiveness and assertiveness

• Self-initiative, systematic and structured way of working

• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
