Ihre Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the technical guidance for Android development throughout the organization

• Coach and advise all levels of software engineers as a servant mentor on good coding and engineering practices.

• Mentor and guide teams in the B2C organization in anticipation of future use cases and help them make design decisions that minimize the cost of future changes.

• Leading development of B2C-wide technical standards and design processes for Android development and fostering a culture of documentation and knowledge sharing across the B2C organization.

• Work on defining software quality KPIs together with principal engineers and software architects.

• Lead internal communities and hold in-house trainings around your technology to foster a culture of learning and knowledge exchange.

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline and eight or more years of related engineering experience.

• Extensive expertise with the design, analysis, development and test of mobile apps

• You have experience with dev ops set-up and process.

• Minimum of 4 years programming experience in Kotlin.

• Proven experience in working with large scale projects that include multi-disciplinary teams.

• Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, strong facilitation skills, able to establish and lead team meetings, self-motivated and ability to work independently.

• Proficiency in English.

• Working experience in software development under regulatory compliance will be considered a plus. Personal competencies.
