The HR Manager plays a vital role within our Group HR team and organization, assuming responsibility for supporting and collaborating with management and professionals in our IM&T department.
As the HR Manager, you will be actively engaged in the strategic People IM&T agenda, effectively translating the IM&T strategy into the HR agenda to facilitate the execution and integration of our people strategy throughout the business.
Your main focus will be to achieve significant results. This entails working closely with business leaders and HR colleagues to provide managerial coaching and encouraging colleagues to stay aligned with our mission and business strategy.
The HR Manager will assume ownership of generalist responsibilities, including partnering with line management on HR and business needs, such as onboarding of new associates, employee relations, training and development, performance and talent management, engagement, people metrics, and works councils Germany.,

Drive the annual performance planning and its effective review process, including talent calibration.

Lead initiatives for continuous transformation that align with business objectives and evolving trends.

Collaborate with the business to ensure the right people are in the right roles, performing optimally.

Implement people processes that meet current and future employee performance and capability requirements.

Manage talent projects aligned with the IM&T business strategy and actively participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.

Proactively understand employee opinions, needs, and concerns.

Provide coaching and guidance to employees and management, assisting them in recognizing their potential and development opportunities.

Leverage HR knowledge, engagement to deliver strategic HR solutions and oversee their successful implementation.

Ihr Profil

Minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience, demonstrating expertise in partnering with employees and leaders to drive business performance.

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Proven ability to operate on both strategic and operational levels.

Strong influence and facilitation skills.

Hands-on mentality with experience managing organizational change.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within designated timelines.

Thrives in a collaborative team environment.

Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in German is advantageous.

Willingness to travel within the Netherlands and Germany, approximately 20% of the time.
