Ihre Aufgaben
In this role you will handle and advice on a wide range of commercial legal matters in an international context and work independently beside other Legal Counsels, with a cooperative and knowledge sharing mindset. In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with other colleagues across the organization to identify legal issues and provide solutions.
Your main tasks will be to:

Prepare, review, and participate in negotiations of agreements in the areas of B2B and B2B2C

Provide high quality legal advice to the daily operations, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating agreements in related matters such as but not limited to : commercial framework - and collaboration agreements, supply chain agreements, general privacy and data security matters, software licensing, IT-law and open source, distribution and logistics, and procurement agreements.

Advice on and manage a variation of legal matters connected to CEVT daily operations and adopting a business-partnership approach.

Provide counsel to business stakeholders within CEVT and manage communication with external legal consultants.

Draft and update contract templates and legal guidelines.

Support in legal trainings/educations and awareness within CEVT.

Drive legal matters with the aim to secure CEVT's strategic objectives.

Working collaboratively within the Commercial Legal team and closely with other Legal & IP team colleagues.

Proactively identifying relevant regulatory and legal developments, risks, and opportunities, and sharing within the Commercial Legal team.
Ihr Profil
-
At least 4 years of relevant legal experience for example from a law firm or as an inhouse legal counsel.

Experience in the automotive, OEMs, IT, or telecom industry.

Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating, preparing, and reviewing commercial agreements.

Deep knowledge in one or more of the following legal areas: product liability, commercial law, sales, marketing, artificial intelligence, IT, competition, supply chain or antitrust.

Superior written and verbal English language skills.

A Swedish Law Degree
