To lead a team of channel partner sales managers in sustaining existing business, identify new opportunities and charter growth plan.,

Responsible to manage a company's relationships with its channel partners.

To develop and execute a channel partner strategy that aligns with the company's overall business goals such as identifying potential partners, negotiating contracts, and managing on-going relationships.

Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure that channel partners are effectively promoting and selling the company's offerings.

Develop training and enablement programs

Monitor partner performance and provide feedback / support to help partners meet their goals

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities for partnership

Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on distributor performance, market trends, and opportunities for growth.

Monthly submission of Point-of-Sales (POS) Report with verification of reasonable accuracy

Maintain strong pipeline in CRM system with regular review and updates

Degree in Business/Engineering

Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably within the electronics materials industry

Proven track record of managing and growing a distributor network, with a strong understanding of the distributor landscape.

Willingness to travel as required to meet with distributors and attend industry events.

Should have a strong understanding of the company's business goals and objectives, as well as broader market and competitive landscape.

Possess a strong understanding of sales & marketing principles, and be able to develop effective partner enablement programs
