As the Managing Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the investment strategy, driving fundraising efforts, building and leading a talented team, and managing the day-to-day operations of the fund. Your expertise in both healthcare and technology, coupled with a strong track record in fundraising and venture capital, will be crucial in identifying and nurturing high-potential startups that align with the fund's mission., 1. Fund Leadership:

• Develop and execute the fund's overall investment strategy, including deal sourcing, due diligence, and portfolio management.

• Lead investment decisions, collaborating with the investment committee, to select and support promising health tech and healthcare startups. 2. Fundraising:

• Leverage your extensive network to secure capital commitments from institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, and other strategic partners.

• Develop and deliver compelling fundraising materials, presentations, and pitches that showcase the fund's unique value proposition. 3. Team Building:

• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth. 4. Portfolio Management:

• Monitor the progress of portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support to maximize their growth potential.

• Foster strong relationships with portfolio company founders and teams, becoming a trusted partner in their journey. 5. Partnership and Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with the hospital system partner and VC firm to align investment strategies, share insights, and leverage synergies for mutual benefit.

• Represent the fund in industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance its visibility and reputation. 6. Market Insights:

• Stay updated on emerging trends and advancements in health tech and healthcare, identifying opportunities and risks that impact the fund's investment thesis.
