Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for an experienced project manager for our R&D CAPEX PMO team. Our team now consists of a PMO coordinator and 8 project managers within the area of R&D engineering projects, R&D facility, and construction projects. As we have many exciting new projects in our project portfolio plan, we hope you will be inspired, take this opportunity to join us for implementing one-of-a-kind projects.

As our incoming project manager, you will be managing CAPEX projects, which consist of pilot plant facilities, test plant facilities and laboratory facilities with a typical timeframe of 0,5-2 years. You will be responsible for the total project from scope to implementation and handover incl. delivery on agreed budget and time.

To ensure a successful scope, design, and implementation of the projects, you will collaborate and coordinate the project activities with multi-disciplinary project teams involving colleagues from our internal engineering team, our workshops, facility management as well as technology experts in the R&D and PtX organization, external suppliers, project owners and other internal and external stakeholders and support functions.

You will be cooperating with the project owner to ensure the right scope through the project, reporting the progress to the steering group and create project team spirit and motivation.

You will also be involved in improving and implementing our project management processes and tools in collaboration with the other project managers in our team.

Ihr Profil

You have approx. 5-10 years' experience as project manager within the process or chemical industry. You have an engineering background or similar preferably within the area of ventilation/cooling, construction and/or chemical processes.

You have good energy, a can-do attitude and can maintain overview and manage complexity in your projects. You bring peoples competencies into play in addition to your engineering knowledge and enjoy collaborating and interacting with multiple stakeholders in a clear and trustworthy way.

You have a solid understanding and experience of project management methodology and processes.

We expect excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, oral as well as written.
