Ihre Aufgaben

You will have a pivotal role in implementing & evolving a brand-new website with e-commerce and a B2B customer portal using Magento technology
-
To realize these tasks, you will:

Take an active role in translating business requirements into technical requirements
-
Assess the priority and the technical complexity of these requirements
-
Coordinate the development activities with the Product Owners and external developers / agencies
-
Take an (pro-)active role in testing and validating the developments
-
Develop clear release / roll-out plans
-
You collaborate with the IT Architect to ensure that the systems under your scope are well integrated/interfaced with other core internal systems (ERP, Odoo CRM, Odoo PIM,…) or third-party applications (payment system(s), logistics system(s), Digital Asset Management system …)

You collaborate with the following business stakeholders:

Digital Marketing & Inside Sales: foster customer conversion rate and increase average basket size

Logistics & Customer Care: foster customer experience and online self-service
- Maintenance & Support (~50% of your time):
-
You put in place and run a robust system to monitor the performance of the Magento application and interfaces under your scope; with this system, you assess the criticality of potential issues and take action accordingly (e.g. communication to business stakeholders, issue resolution with service providers,…)

You provide end-user support for the web systems and interfaces under your scope; you drive the delivery of corrective actions when required

You maintain end-user documentation and deliver technical training to key users when applicable
Ihr Profil

Have minimum 10 years of experience working in a similar position

Have a Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computer Sciences or in Management

Are flexible, proactive and you have a deep customer-oriented mindset

Are well organized, have good time management skills and the ability to balance your work between projects and support

Are a team player and a problem solver
-
Are passionate about understanding business requirements and business processes and driving the digitalisation forward

Must be able to handle an occasionally very demanding work environment

Are fluent in English; French and/or Dutch is a plus
In terms of technical skills, this is what we are looking for: Must have's:
-
Experience implementing/evolving/maintaining a Magento 2 application is a must
-
Strong understanding of core IT architecture principles
-
Experience with data integration in an e-commerce context is a must, i.e. data integration between an ecommerce platform and back-end ERP / PLM system(s)
-
Relevant experience working in (Hybrid) Agile and know-how to manage a product backlog and a full sprint cycle

Strong experience working with service providers to drive technical developments to success
Nice-to-have's:

Experience with Odoo
-
Experience in multi-cultural, multi-national environments (EU, US, Asia)

Experience using debug tools (Postman, Fiddler) is a strong plus
-
Experience using monitoring tools (Zabbix, New Relic) is a plus
-
Experience in the textile industry

Experience in a B2B environment
