Planning Engineer

Ihre Aufgaben

• Supporting our Wasl Tower Project team in the role of a Planning Engineer with project management, delegating tasks, analyzing project requirements & change management, finding cost-effective ways to meet them, liaising with client, contractors & subcontractors, managing resources & communicating with managers & other engineers for projects. Further, with experience in analyzing data, writing reports & delivering presentations to various stakeholders

  Your tasks

• Developing detailed project plans, schedules & timelines to ensure projects are completed on time

• Allocating resources, including manpower & equipment, to various project tasks

• Estimating the cost of the project & ensuring it stays within budget

• Identifying potential risks & developing mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions

• Regularly monitoring & reporting on project progress, highlighting any deviations from the plan

• Collaborating with various teams, such as design, procurement & construction, to ensure smooth project execution

• Maintaining records & documentation related to project planning & progress

• Handling changes in project scope & assessing their impact on timelines & budgets

• Effectively communicating with project stakeholders, both internal and external, to keep them informed about project status

• Ensuring compliance with local regulations & permitting requirements in Dubai

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree in engineering

• 8 years of experience as a site planning engineer

• Experience with Primavera P6 software and proficiency in MS Office

• Planning and project management skills as well as strong multitasking abilities

• Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking skills

• A sound understanding of safety protocols

• Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines
