Ihre Aufgaben
As our Junior Flight Specialist, you would be working directly with the Operations team and the Flights team itself. You'll be helping them check information in our internal platform to ensure the Flights Department information is accurate and trustful. You will also be working on our GDS (Amadeus) with daily tasks such as queues, ADMs and some reservations. As an operational department, be prepared to be part of our rotation system for emergencies. As a team, we have the challenge to always provide a good and fast service in order to be able to achieve our objectives. We like to focus on our company values. You will report directly to the Director of Flights, Ericka, and you will be part of the Flights Department, which is divided into 2 teams, Flight Purchase and Flight Operations. Currently, we have a team of 8 flight specialists, you might be the 9th!
On daily basis you will

Check our internal system to ensure quality on information

Review our GDS's queue, ADMs, make some flight reservations

Work hand by hand with the OPS team and IT team to avoid errors

Constant communications with both Flights Team

Be ready to answer emergency calls on a rotating basis with the rest of the team.,

Basic Amadeus experience.

English proficiency at B2 level in speaking and writing

Experience on Customer Service with great service mentality.
