Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (CPChem) is seeking to fill the Sustainability & Supply Chain Finance Analyst position at its corporate headquarters in The Woodlands. This position is an individual contributor and reports directly to the Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A. This role will have broad experience in business processes, strengths in both strategic and analytical thinking and leadership presence. As the Sustainability & Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you will assist the Finance Manager, Corporate FP&A with representing the Finance department on enterprise initiatives including but not limited to Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Enterprise Risk Management.

You will have a unique perspective from which to contribute to key business decisions and company-wide strategies and initiatives.,

• Work with business partners across the organization to understand Finance role in strategic initiatives

• Provide Finance oversight for Sustainability initiatives within CPChem which includes but is not limited to:

• SDDT (Sustainability Data Digitization & Transformation) project Finance representative which may include providing insights into data governance, internal controls and integration into other Finance functions

• Sustainability Disclosure FP&A representative to ensure reporting requirements are understood and information is available

• Circular product tracking and financial reporting

• Budget / forecast oversight

• Other Sustainability initiatives

• Provide Finance oversight for the Supply Chain organization within CPChem which includes but is not limited to:

• Prepare reporting on key performance metrics, monthly performance summary reports

• Identity opportunities to enhance decision making through improved analysis

• Perform ad-hoc business analysis to provide management materials for decision support

• Serve as the financial lead to work with Supply Chain management to resolve issues related to Accounting, Finance and business processes

• Other Supply Chain initiatives

Ihr Profil

• Bachelor's degree or higher

• 7+ years of Petrochemical industry experience

• 3+ years of experience of budgeting, forecasting, and analysis

• Reputation of integrity and trust with company proprietary information

• Demonstrated knowledge of CPChem business processes in commercial, manufacturing, and staff groups

• Ability to articulate plans at multiple levels of the organization and adapting content and communication styles for different audiences

• Strong verbal and written communications skills

• Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Willingness to be a change champion, explore new ways of planning initiatives

• Demonstrated collaboration with individuals outside of immediate workgroup

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of agile software development methodologies

• Familiarity with CPChem teams, functions, and personnel
