Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Business Development Managers in the acquisition of SME business loans
- Provide training, coaching and guidance to develop young talents and grow the business
- Closely track and monitor sales performance to ensure optimum productivity of sales team
- Develop and grow acquisition channels to grow new customer relationships
- Drive campaigns to increase base of loan customers and win market share
- Identify ways to improve Online Loan platform and increase effectiveness
- Adhere to strict compliance standards ensuring sound risk framework within the business
Reporting to: Group Leader, Unsecured Lending, EmB
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Degree with at least 4 years' of sales experience in banking industry
- Relevant experience in managing a sales team is preferred
- Relevant experience working in e-commerce or fintech firm, with background in digital onboarding of customers is preferred
- Independent, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
- Good understanding of SME market
