Ihre Aufgaben
You will work in a highly interdisciplinary research Group led by Prof Dr. Rebecca Wade. You will be based at the Heidelberg Institute for Theoretical Studies, where you will find a first-class research environment, an outstanding computational infrastructure, and a generous research budget. HITS is also part of the vibrant life and health science research community in Heidelberg and you will be expected to register as a PhD student at Heidelberg University, where Rebecca Wade is a member of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and the Faculty of Biosciences.
Ihr Profil
Applicants should possess a master's degree in biophysics, biochemistry, molecular biotechnology, or a related discipline. Candidates should preferably have a strong theoretical background, have experience in biomolecular modelling and simulation, possess excellent programming skills, and have a genuine interest in interdisciplinary research. Strong communication skills are required.
