As a senior P2P specialist, your purpose is to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the seamless operation of financial processes. This involves facilitating and enhancing our purchase-to-pay workflow in conjunction with business partners, while also serving as a liaison between the accounting team and business departments during the month-end closing process.,

Ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with citizenM policies and procedures throughout the entire Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process.

Serve as a subject matter expert for P2P systems, implementing enhancements to optimize functionality and user experience.

Identify errors in P2P processes, determine training needs, and implement measures to improve quality and efficiency.

Review and resolve non-clearing items from AP clearing suspense accounts, maintaining accurate financial records.

Address pending AP inquiries and resolve complex issues and items promptly.

Report to the Team Lead P2P, highlighting bottlenecks and identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Work closely and cooperate with business departments in the collection of financial data

Participate in regular purchase to pay review meetings with business and key suppliers

Developing and training of P2P specialist, peers and hotel teams in their day-to-day tasks, in order to improve the quality of process, controls and reporting

Ihr Profil

MBO / HBO level in administration / accountancy

3 - 5 years of relevant working experience

Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central 365 and ProQuro is a plus

Desire to learn and develop professional knowledge and expertise

Ability to work closely with senior roles and escalate issues effectively
