Ihre Aufgaben

• Establish and optimize an effective pipeline for strategy and development, ensuring seamless integration with industrial processes

• Plan, design, and implement high-quality features for industrial Unity applications in collaboration with the studio team

• Create and iterate quickly on prototypes showcasing new designs and interaction patterns, facilitating agile development to meet evolving industrial requirements

• Design and implement the backend infrastructure supporting industrial Unity applications, ensuring robust data handling and connectivity

• Ensure optimal performance, quality, and responsiveness of industrial applications through careful design and implementation

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reliable, and reusable code specifically tailored for industrial applications

• Identify process and application bottlenecks promptly and implement effective solutions to maintain a smooth and efficient development process

  Join our team for an exciting opportunity that encompasses not only frontend 3D development but also extends to backend development. In your role you will focus on creating a robust infrastructure supports seamless data handling and connectivity for industrial applications. By working closely with our studio team, you will play a crucial part in the agile and innovative development of applications aligned with industrial processes.

Ihr Profil

You are personally committed to the customer's concerns and award them a high-priority. You have a clear notion of how innovation contributes to the commercial success of the company. Furthermore, you actively look for the ideal solution and engage in professional debates with the relevant people, instead of accepting rash compromises.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• A university degree in computer science, information systems, or related field

• At least 6 years of professional experience in Unity 3D/2D content development

• Strong ability with C# object-oriented programming language

• Experience with Industrial 3D assets, as well as in profiling and optimizing 3D applications and render performance (GPU and CPU)

• Deep knowledge of web development, preferably ASP.NET Core, and working with Clouds

• Experience with SCCS such as Git in a multi developer team environment, as well as with CI/CD

• Understanding of UX design process, and experience working with UX development team

• Ability to identify errors and troubleshoot, as well as Project management skills

• Excellent English skills, German as a plus
