Product Delivery Officer

Ihre Aufgaben

As a Product Delivery Officer, you will be responsible

• Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or for the following activities: computer science

• At least 3 years of relevant experience

• Collect, analyse and evaluate various and complex

• Good practical knowledge in requirements engineering or business requirements as part of projects and/ or product management and functional solution and change initiatives process design

• Provide end-to-end business solution proposals and

• Knowledge of banking/payment platforms, or API-driven recommendations for implementation according to processes your analysis, including technical solution design

• Practical experience working with agile/lean aligned with delivery and architecture teams methodologies like Scrum or Kanban would be an asset

• Prepare, coordinate and support the implementation phase hand in hand with the delivery team (developers, testers and IT Services)

• Collaborate closely with projects managers, other internal stakeholders at all hierarchy levels and external partners

• Perform feasibility studies and in-depth assessments for new strategic projects and business initiatives

• Identify and recommend best practices for automation and standardisation to enhance and optimise (business) processes

The team supports all business stakeholders and IT Services to deliver smart end-to-end banking solutions and products, which improve business processes and gain value for our customers.
