Ihre Aufgaben

Concord Blue Engineering GmbH is a growing, innovative and internationally active company that plans, builds and operates thermal conversion plants. In this process, biomasses as well as waste and residual materials are used to produce high-quality products, such as electricity, hydrogen or e-fuels, respectively.

Mechanical engineers/plant construction engineers (m/f/d) are wanted for the Herten site with immediate effect.

Your field of activity and tasks:

The main activities include project-related planning, delivery, assembly and commissioning of new plants and replanning of existing plants.

You will work with a team of young and experienced colleagues with different areas of expertise:

• You create technical specifications, data sheets, bills of quantities and documentation in the area of machine technology / apparatus of the various operating units.

• You will take over the technical processing from the various subcontractors throughout the entire project duration, taking into account internal and external standards and specifications.

• You will contribute to the preparation of documents such as process flow diagrams and P&I flow diagrams, detailed and production drawings, functional descriptions, enquiry specifications and operating and maintenance documentation.

• You participate in safety assessments (HAZOP, FMEA).

• You participate in the creation of the installation planning and the control concept, as well as the technical descriptions and regular optimizations.

• You close the internal interfaces to the other departments, such as process engineering, plant planning, E/MSR.

Ihr Profil

• Successfully completed studies in process engineering, mechanical engineering, plant engineering or comparable fields of study.

• Several years of experience (at least 3 years) in the processing/handling of plant construction or power plant projects.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Confident handling of the common EDP programs (MS-Office).

• High motivation, decision-making ability and reliability.

• Independent development of solutions.

• You are a team player and bring a high level of commitment, resilience, flexibility and very good communication skills.
