- The portfolio covers well-known industry brands as well as private-label brands
- Germany as a key market has been growing and shows significant further potential, with retail as well as with food service customers
- The management has identified additional synergy potential in optimizing the sales structure and key account handling within the organization
- We are now looking for an experienced sales head who can determine and execute the sales strategy for the German market
- The ideal candidate should also provide experience in upgrading sales structures, processes, and systems

Ihr Profil
- Experience in a leading sales role in food in Germany
- Operational sales experience with retail and food service key accounts, covering industry brands and retail-owned, private-label products
- Ideally category knowledge in the sweets & bakery industries (incl. seasonals)
- Experienced leader of larger teams, leading through others
- Track record of collaboration with other functions, notably manufacturing
- Experience in multinational companies and matrix structures
- Language skills in English and German at debate and presentation level
- Qualification in business administration (ideally with a university degree)
