Ihre Aufgaben
Supports the work of the HRSA Resilience grant through managing of educational offerings to the healthcare workers and first responders in the community. Schedules and coordinates conferences and speakers, reserves rooms and places to hold conferences, and coordinates food/drink offerings. Also responsible for aiding in promoting and advertising the conferences in the community.
Examples Responsible for finding quotes, drafting speaker agreements, assisting with expenditures and tracking expenses related to grant conferences and trainings.

Ability to operate a personal computer, ability to sit for extended periods of time, ability to move across campus.
Experience Requires experience in organizing and scheduling multiple dates and speakers. Experience in marketing a plus.
Knowledge Excellent computer skills. Proficient in Microsoft office. Ability to communicate effectively in writing and to maintain case files. Ability and desire to give presentations for groups of students, faculty, and staff.
Education Bachelor's degree preferred. High School Diploma required.
