Job Definition
- Customized Consulting: According to the requirements analysis of the customers's individual needs you recommend and select products for customers and supports your argumentation with the help of data
- Elaborating Selling Points: Work out the advantages of our products in terms of use and present them to the customer
- Building customer relations: Build and maintain relationships with past and potential customers
- Customer Acquisition: Identify and contact potential customers through networking, cold calling and industry research to increase sales
- Knowledge Building: Maintain a working knowledge of the company's various products and services
- Data Maintenance: Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales, as needed
Job Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in a relevant area of sales or marketing
- Experience in developing leads and researching potential clients
- Adapt and implement new marketing strategies and sales methods
- Think outside the box to provide creative solutions that address customers' needs and concerns
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a confident and competent appearance during presentations
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to approach people
- Time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in a timely manner
- Familiarity with relevant software, including Microsoft Office and Salesforce
- Excellent English language skills, German language skilla are a big plus
- Willingness to travel
