B2B Western US territory / Midwest US territory sales with a focus on prospecting, presenting, and selling complex software products and services to new medium and large sized business and / or Enterprise customers.

Focus on WinTool products sales in Aerospace, Oil & Gas, Job Shop Environment.

Uncover and Understand customer requirements in order to recommend and effectively sell products and industry solutions.

Expand opportunities and increase average deal sizes by up-selling add-on and cross-selling products.

Develop and maintain territory account plans and detailed financial forecasts.

Create and present accurate sales forecasts and achieve sales targets.

Demonstrate Company's values, maintain a positive open attitude, encourage different points of view.

Account planning (including account profiling, account positioning strategy, customer needs analysis, business justifications, sales opportunity development, service improvement planning, and long-range account management strategies).
Ihr Profil

Quota-carrying sales experience selling complex technology software solutions.

Previous B2B Sales experience selling to Enterprise Accounts and C-Level Management.

Demonstrated track record of success: consistently exceeding quota in a structured, disciplined sales environment that includes strategic understanding of business dynamics and challenges

Experience selling with channel partners and lead generators.

Experience accurately forecasting and reporting on territory /account activity.

A relentless focus on learning our industries in order to consistently blow out your numbers.

Ability to build strong relationships for business planning with each partner to extend the impact of channel partners on your sales.
