Ihre Aufgaben


International responsibility. You will be responsible for directing the accounting functions, where you are accountable for the monthly reporting and the preparation of the financial statements and cash forecasting for the local entities (Italy & Spain). Further you coordinate the accounting processes across all relevant stakeholders and manage the relationship with our external service providers.

Financial support. You assist and coordinate the tax filing with external consultants. You support the departmental heads in preparing consolidation and monthly management reports.

Continuous process optimization. You are a part of internal projects and act as a driver in the transformation and digitalization of accounting processes. You provide fresh inputs and actively pursue improvements of tools and processes.

Diverse day-to-day business tasks. You will be responsible for organizing and handling the day-to-day financial accounting for the local offices. You regularly support other financial processes on regional level as well.



Ihr Profil


At least three years of relevant working experience, where you have gained relevant professional experience in financial accounting, tax filing, reporting, financial statements and treasury and cash forecasting. Experience in consulting, working in an international environment and ideally basic knowledge of US-GAAP is a plus.

You are an open-minded team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and who brings the necessary hands-on mentality to thrive in a quickly growing company.

The ability to work independently, flexibly, and reliably in an international environment and with a high level of discretion and confidentiality, comes as second nature to you.

Your work is well organized and solution-oriented, you always have the bigger picture in mind. You have experience in commonly known ERP systems (preferably Maconomy), and you are confident using MS Office, especially Excel.

A confident manner as well as a strong service focus complete your profile, whereby you can also prove your communication skills in English on a business level. Spanish communication skills are a plus.
