If you are nerdy about ERP and/or an experienced project/programme manager with a deep understanding of ERP-related processes and/or technology, and if the thought of complex transformation journeys ignites your passion, we want to hear from you! We are looking for management consultants with a profound appreciation for ERP projects and a talent for making them succeed., As a management consultant specialising in ERP advisory, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to design and execute ERP projects, placing a strong emphasis on achieving tangible benefits.

• Bring your co-creative spirit to the forefront, consistently delivering high-quality results and leaving clients in a truly better place.

• Apply your project and programme management expertise at all levels, utilising structured and relevant methodologies tailored to the unique demands of each project.

• Cultivate your exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders, ranging from top-level executives to cross-functional teams, ensuring project outcomes are reached.

• Proven experience in project and programme management with a track record of successful ERP project delivery

• A commitment to delivering exceptional quality and leaving a lasting positive impact on clients

• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

• A deep understanding of ERP-related processes and a passion for solving complex challenges in this domain

  More specifically, we are looking for people with:

• Minimum two years of experience in consulting and/or ERP-related projects

• Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to challenge conventional thinking

• A collaborative approach to colleagues and clients

• Minimum one relevant master's degree with top marks

• Fluency in written and spoken English

• Strong interpersonal skills and a ton of energy
