Ihre Aufgaben

As a hotel manager you are one of the heroes of the hospitality team of SDP. With your expertise as a hotel manager you know how to create memorable holiday experiences for our customers in the French Alps! In this role you ensure that all the hotel operations are running smoothly and that your team of hospitality heroes can unlock their superpowers.,

• oversee and coordinate the operations day to day in the hotel, outside terrace on the slopes, snackbar and restaurant.

• track stock levels of food and drinks, supplies and equipment. You oversee ordering what is necessary.

• create the planning for your team of hospitality heroes, help in the recruitment and manage the team. (approx. 20 team members)

• maintain a high standard of customer service according to the company operating procedures.

• attend to any complaints logged by guests in a professional and timely manner.

• manage purchases, relations with suppliers and follow up invoicing.

Ihr Profil

As a hotel manager you have the talent and experience in this role. You are aware that you have an important role in the holiday experience of our guests. Furthermore you:

• are comfortable to combine hospitality and F&B in this position.

• have strong communication skills and speak English/French, Dutch is a plus.

• are able to lead your team of hospitality heroes.

• have a organizational talent and you are detail-oriented.

• are flexible as you adapt easily, embrace new cultures and will be there for our guests when needed.
