Ihre Aufgaben

• You independently take care of the handling of shipping and logistics files within the LCL & FCL export team.

• You will handle files from A to Z on an operational, documentary and financial level.

• You coordinate the transports

• You maintain contacts with customers, suppliers, shipping companies and other involved parties abroad

• You take initiative to solve problems

• You are responsible for the fast and flawless preparation of all required shipping documents and deliver them to the customer

• You check the incoming invoices and make sure they are paid in time.

• You make a profit/loss analysis per finished file

Ihr Profil

• You are a smooth colleague who likes administrative work in an international environment

• You speak good Dutch, English and French

• You have a good knowledge of freight forwarding: B/Ls, incoterms, dangerous goods, customs documents

• You work fluently, accurately and in an orderly fashion

• You like to work independently within a team

• You are a driven person who is proactive and does not shy away from problems

• You keep an overview even in busy periods

• You have a flexible attitude

• You preferably live in the Greater Antwerp area
