Ihre Aufgaben

Installation and commissioning of PackSys machinery
-
Troubleshooting in case of machine malfunction or breakdown [on site and via remote]
-
Support repair and preventive maintenance on-site
-
Conversion, retrofitting and relocation of machines in use by the customer
-
Technical advice on improvements for the client's decision makers
Other duties
-
Writing of accurate documentation on handover, acceptance and services conducted
-
Training of customers technicians during first commissioning process
-
On-site guidance of the customer's technicians during the initial production process
-
Identify causes of malfunction and communicate them to customer conserned Packsys and departments
-
Participation in the internal PACKSYS knowledge exchange
Ihr Profil
-
Good English, Wide technical experience, Hands-on,
-
Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronics or mechatronics engineering
-
At least 3 years' experience as a service engineer
-
Good command in English language (written and spoken)
-
Open and proactive communicator to the customer
-
Experience in packaging industry is of advantage
Other required
-
Experience with PLC Preferable B&R Automation Studio
-
Self-confidence and service-oriented personality
-
Extensive knowledge of the mechanical engineering industry and its trends and techniques

Thai Nationality and authorized to work in Thailand
