Ihre Aufgaben
The Data and Systems Administrator role will primarily be responsible for administering, co-ordinating and maintaining the procurement data and systems, more specifically the Source to Contract Management System (S2C), Procure to Pay (P2P) master data and supplier catalogues, and the Preferred Supplier List (PSL), but may be required to take ownership of other data and or systems as determined by the Group Head of Procurement. This role will report directly into the Group Head of Procurement, providing data and analytical support to the central procurement Category Managers to ensure they can develop and execute their relevant category strategies across key spend sub-categories. They will play a key role in supporting the business to deliver maximum value and financial returns across our operations, and ensuring they are sustainable and compliant to procurement policy and processes. To administer, manage and provide reporting insights into spend and volume data, and process compliance, to ensure the procurement team can optimise costs while balancing service levels, operational efficiency and the groups strategic business objectives. This role is responsible for the administrative tasks to maintain all procurement data and systems, and as a business to ensure we are compliant to relevant processes and Procurement Policy, being a key department conduit on data requirements with internal and external stakeholders This role will be expected to maintain the relevant data systems, and support on the creation of reports and reporting dashboards, and measure compliance to process and internal policies.,

Work with the Group Head of Procurement and wider Procurement team to streamline and improve processes aligned to the Procurement Core Focus Strategy

Managing and maintaining all data systems - the central contracts database and Source to Contract Management System, supplier catalogues and PSL

Maintaining data integrity and ensuring the teams are adhering to process

First line of support for issue resolutions in relation to Procurement related P2P matters

Responsible for the supplier onboarding process, Source to Contract system processes, including Pre-Qualification Questionnaires, monitoring and managing approvals and P2P upgrades

Oversee end-to-end data flow between supplier set ups and ensure amendments are updated

Working with wider Procurement team to streamline and improve processes

Supporting the implementation & integration of the new P2P platform & eCommerce Procurement systems, acting as the key conduit for suppliers during the onboarding stages

Providing guidance and training on Procurement systems & processes where required

Supporting Procurement Category Managers with raising central POs within P2P system

Managing and issuing reports including weekly spend and monthly contract renewals overviews, and dashboards

Running reports on contract validity and alerting relevant Category Managers

Creating spend reporting as required to support monthly and quarterly reviews

To produce periodic Excel & Powerpoint dashboard reports

Supporting in the development and roll-out of operating procedure updates as and when required

Using analytical skills to obtain, analyse and interpret data

Management of Procurement Sharepoint page and central comms.

Strong working knowledge of purchasing tools

IT Proficient in use of Microsoft Office programmes - Excel (to pivot table level), Powerpoint, Word

Experience working with, and maintaining, master data within systems

Previous experience working with P2P & S2C systems

Excellent written, communication and spoken presentation skills

Ability to analyse data and present business recommendations

Good appreciation of working within a procurement related function, & ideally from within a Hospitality oriented role/business

Demonstrates good inter-personal skills and develops good working relationships

Organised, able to multi task, plan & prioritise work
