Ihre Aufgaben


  • Lead SEM strategy for multi-brand portfolios and therapeutic areas.

  • Oversee and manage SEO engagements at the initiation and work with SEO team for the completion

    • Create cohesive plans with paid and organic initiatives.
  • Provide strategy and manage campaigns for paid search platforms against established media plans while aiding in developing media plans (activities supported by the media agency partner)

  • Provide end-to-end management throughout the search program, including execution and optimization, while meeting timelines, budget, and quality standards.

  • Have hands-on experience on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads, Yahoo Ads, etc.

  • Perform keyword research and traffic forecasting using search engines and third-party tools.

  • Use SEM best practices for campaign structure leveraging advanced bidding strategies, layers of negative keywords, dayparting, location targeting, potential affinity & in-market audiences, extensions etc.

  • Leverage statistical & predictive analysis and let data guide campaign decisions.

  • Provide performance analysis and reports for search campaigns in a thorough, accurate, and timely manner.

  • Develop/co-develop testing plans, including A/B copy & landing page tests, BETA tests, various bid models etc.

  • Oversee budget, pacing and provide weekly, monthly/quarterly updates.

  • Ensure the media partner tracks ROI & profitability of marketing campaigns and makes strategic decisions as needed.

  • Oversee campaign/copy submissions to Medical/Legal/Regulatory review and ensure best practices are in line with M/L/R compliance as well as search engine advertising policies.

  • Liaise with SEO team for SEO deliverables; QA and prepare documents for M/L/R review.

  • Liaise with web channel lead and project managers for website updates and deliverables.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments & evangelize search discipline to other franchises and BUs.



Ihr Profil


  • 5+ Years Paid Search Experience (agency or media company is a plus)

  • Experience with bid management platforms such as SA360, Kenshoo, Marin

  • Well-versed with paid media & analytic tools (Google Analytics experience is a plus)

  • Experience and ability to perform analysis and strong analytical skills.

  • A strong team player and willing to roll up sleeves.

  • Excellent communication, organizational and project management skills

  • Experience with content partners (Perform Media, Scoop etc) is a plus.

  • Experience with JIRA is
