  • IBM Global, As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you are responsible to support our client's market in deploying their marketing campaign online (email, SMS, calls), providing best practice recommendation and coordinate the marketing campaign implementation with the IBM operation team based nearshore and offshore.

    As a Marketing Automation Consultant, you work in an omnichannel environment, at our client's Europe Digital Headquarter with a cross functional team. You need to work closely with other marketing streams (web, SEO, market success, audience, reporting) to be able to deploy and support our client's CRM strategy and email marketing campaigns.. You are exposed to senior management and need to manage multiple stakeholders in a complex environment.

    IBM iX is present at several locations in Switzerland. A strong local team works closely with other IBM iX studios in the DACH area. The client portfolio mainly includes luxury and retail brands for which experience-driven customer transformation strategies are developed - these include TAG Heuer, the Richemont Group and Interdiscount.,

  • You will be the main point of contact for the CRM strategy for local markets and for our clients central team

  • You activate, deliver and otimize the Market's brief in line with the CRM strategy

  • You deploy marketing campaigns in consideration of the CRM best practices

  • You brief the Marketing Operations team on business and technical requirements

  • Furthermore, you are responsible for a successful roll out of the global CRM programmes and initiatives on Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), such as revamping a new coporate identity or system migration

  • You coordinate the transcreation of local assets with the Content Team

  • You also introduce and help roll-out global product launches

  • You act as an SME to local markets, identifying and sharing best practices to help them reach their marketing goals



Ihr Profil


  • You have a proven track record of successfully deploying digital marketing campaigns while adhering to brand guidelines and local specifications

  • You are experienced in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and other marketing automation tools

  • Furthermore, you have a strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including senior management, and navigate a complex environment effectively

  • You also have strong analytical abilities to analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns

  • You have excellent communication and project management skills and you are fluent in English min (C1 Level), other languages are a plus
