Ihre Aufgaben

In the Retail Operations Manager position, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, establishing Wolford as the retailer of choice for customer service and store experience, and maximizing sales and profitability by optimizing processes and operations across all retail locations.

Your Tasks:

• Responsible for personnel selection and personnel development

• Setting Annual, Quarterly & Monthly Sales Targets per stores

• To discuss the sales results weekly with the store teams to identify and communicate needs

• Visit all Monobrand Selling Points on a regular basis, identify problems, develop solutions, and Action Plans with Store Manager

• To ensure that all POS look brand adequate and that VM guidelines for windows and in-store are executed properly

• To implement, maintain and monitor the execution of excellent complaint management in the Stores

• Planning and execution of Retail Marketing activities according to Marketing calendar

• Continual analysis of operational expenses and staff productivity

• Organisation of store openings in conjunction with support departments in HQ to ensure a successful start of the store business

• To plan and coordinate trainings according to defined needs in cooperation with Retail Director and HR

• To ensure that all required sales tools are available and work properly

• Higher education in Retail/Economics/Marketing

• At least 5 years experience in a retail development/management environment of an international brand

• Very good knowledge of German and English

• Result orientated and strategic thinking

• Strong communication skills

• Planning and organization talent

• Ability to motivate

• Willingness to travel 50%
