• Be responsible for sales targets and goals., We are currently looking for a dedicated Key Account Manager (m/f) to join our sales team at the earliest opportunity, who will strengthen our sales team and significantly contribute to the care of our important customers. In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing our key accounts.,

• Manage and expand existing key accounts.

• Identify new business opportunities with existing customers.

• Prepare offers and negotiate prices.

• Conduct customer visits and participate in customer meetings.

• Work closely with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.

• Ensure customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

• Analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.

• Assume revenue and result responsibility for assigned customers., We are looking for a dedicated Laboratory and Quality Control Employee (m/f) to strengthen our team and take on an important role in our laboratory and quality management. In this position, you will be responsible for conducting laboratory analyses and ensuring and monitoring our quality standards.

  Responsibilities: Laboratory:

• Conduct laboratory experiments according to prescribed testing procedures.

• Document and evaluate the results of experiments.

• Maintain and service laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Assist in the validation of testing methods.

  Quality Control (QS):

• Support the implementation and further development of the quality management system.

• Monitor and control product quality and processes.

• Conduct internal audits and training sessions.

• Collaborate in the creation and maintenance of quality documentation.

• Participate in quality meetings and project teams.

• Assist in handling customer complaints and deviations.

• Coordinate the monitoring of testing and measuring equipment.

• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.

Ihr Profil

• Completed technical education or a technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science) or equivalent qualification.

• Even university dropouts or career changers are welcome to apply.

• Professional experience in technical sales of complex products or solutions.

• Technical understanding and the ability to explain complex matters simply.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Fluent in German and English (additional languages are advantageous).

• Proactive, determined, and skilled in negotiations.

• Team player with excellent communication skills.

• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.,

• Completed commercial education or a comparable degree.

• Previous experience in sales or key account management is advantageous.

• Strong customer orientation and service mentality.

• Completed training as an electrician, mechatronics technician, or plant technician.
