Using the experience of SURAZINSANO, the EINHELL Group is aiming to capture a leading role in the important Thai home & garden improvement market. With the global brand EINHELL, SURAZINSANO now has the full experience of over 2000 EINHELL team members in not less than 90 countries at his fingertips to build a Thai team of outstanding marketing, e-commerce, and sales experts. They will work closely with the HQ in Germany to build and implement a market strategy that will help the EINHELL group to reach their goal of 2 billion Euro turnover.

Ihre Aufgaben

We are looking for you as an experienced and proactive Operations Manager. Your role in our management team will be to develop and manage our company's operations in the areas of purchasing, warehouse and logistics, customer service and internal sales (order fulfillment).

As Operations Manager, you will ensure operational excellence. To do so, you will begin by competently analyzing and realigning all processes from the supply chain to warehouse management and after-sales service. You will be working closely with the German head office.,

• Manage and optimize the supply chain from our Chinese suppliers to Thailand as well as the distribution from our own-managed warehouse to the customer.

• Assess the actual performance of all operations departments (Purchasing, Warehouse & logistics, After sales service and Internal sales coordination) in terms of process and organization quality to identify development opportunities and areas of improvement.

• Optimization of warehouse processes in our own-managed warehouse.

• Optimization of after sales service processes.

• Support the implementation of our group-wide demand-planning software together with the companies' headquarters in Germany.

• Projects / special tasks.

Ihr Profil

• Min of 7 Years experiences, Top English, SAP B1, Proactive & dynamic person,

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in comparable operations management roles in an international business environment.

• Process and organization minded with strong analytical skills.

• Experience in dealing with ERP systems (especially SAP Business One).

This would be favorable:

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication skills.

• Result-oriented.

• Authorized to work in Thailand.
