Ihre Aufgaben

• You conduct mathematical research focusing on an adequate selection of the following topics: geometry resp. differential geometry, topology, algebra, analysis, linear algebra, number theory, dynamical systems, partial differential equations, finite element methods, mesh smoothing.

• You explore underlying principles and develop alternative and mathematically robust solutions.

• You work on research proposals and publications and present research results at conferences (a selection of our publications can be found here: https://arxiv.org/search/?query=Vartziotis*&searchtype=all&source=header).

• You cooperate with universities and research institutes and initiate master's theses.

Ihr Profil

• Excellent degree in Mathematics with PhD

• Knowledge of at least one higher programming language

• Enjoyment of theoretical mathematics and abstract questions in a technological-innovative environment

• Interest in further development towards a specialist or management career at TWT Science & Innovation GmbH

• Spirit of innovation, initiative and delight of tinkering and learning

• Good communication skills, enjoyment of constant exchange in a team and a good sense of humour

• Very good German and English skills
