You possess a natural talent for creating impressive presentations, reports, and other essential business documents, guaranteeing that our executives are always well-prepared. Your professional communication skills, both internal and external, will greatly contribute to nurturing and maintaining our valuable business relationships.

Moreover, you will handle general office duties such as correspondence, mail management, and efficient file organization. Your willingness to take on special projects and assist in the implementation of company initiatives will be highly appreciated. • Successfully completed commercial training or an equivalent qualification

• Relevant work experience in a similar role

• Exceptional organizational abilities

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills in both German and English

• Confident and proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Exemplary discretion, reliability, and a high level of trustworthiness

• Demonstrates a team-oriented mindset while also being capable of working independently
