Here at TUI we're looking for a skilled Service Operations Executive to ensure the quality of IT services meet the needs of the business, supporting the management of the delivery of services from internal resources as well as third-parties and acting as a service interface between the business and IT.
As the TUI Service Operations Executive for the Colleague Computing Identity Team, you will be support in providing excellent Identity service and support of our infrastructure, software and applications across the business. You will be supporting the Incident/Problem/Change Management for your Domain. In addition you will manage all Major Incidents for your Domain where you will be responsible for coordinating any resource required to resolve, issue Business communications. You will work closely with Business stakeholders to review and report on Technology services that can be sustainably measured along whilst contributing to continually improve the service provided
ABOUT THE JOB

Support the strategy for the Service Delivery function, contributing to strategic initiatives and imbed a culture of continuous improvement for your assigned workstreams

Contribute and champion a Service Delivery culture, promote on-going service improvements to improve quality and end user satisfaction

To maintain ownership of incidents inclusive of Major Incidents and facilitate the communication of incident updates to customers provided by the support teams

Track major / recurring problems and incidents and working with relevant teams to ensure improvement for the performance of their services

Understand the user experience of our systems and provide improvement plans where necessary. Manage smaller scale projects through to delivery to improve the Service
Ihr Profil

Experience in working with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Identity solutions

Strong communication skills with a proven track record of engaging senior technology and business stakeholders

Experience in problem and change management.

Knowledge of engineering workflows
