Ihre Aufgaben

oversee the daily management for the company's US payroll (multi-state and multi-schedule payroll) in accordance with the company's pay schedule,
-
standardize global payroll system adoption and processes, not limited to US but for other regions globally according to local legal requirements,
-
collaborate with the Finance and HR teams to support the company's global expansion efforts by providing payroll expertise and coordinating payroll setup in new regions,
-
collaborate with any departments to resolve payroll-related issues and implement process improvements,
-
provide guidance and research into complex payroll matters and stay up-to-date with ongoing federal and state payroll tax regulations to ensure ongoing compliance,
-
build and develop strong vendor relationships, including reviewing providers, and establishing and maintaining service level agreements,
-
ensure compliance with all relevant payroll regulations, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other payroll related legal requirements in each country of operation,
-
develop metrics around payroll.,

Ihr Profil
-
bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Human Resources (preferred) or related field,
-
certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or equivalent certification,
-
knowledge of payroll software is a must and SAP, ADP, Dayforce, implementation of payroll systems are counted as an advantage,
-
ability to evaluate, implement, or upgrade payroll technology as needed,
-
familiarity with international payroll regulations and compliance requirements, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) and other relevant industry standards,
-
in-depth knowledge of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements in multiple countries (high focus is on US regulations),
-
experience building and managing organizational key performance indicators (KPIs) or scorecards,
-
at least 3 years of proven experience is a similar position in global organisation, preferably in automotive industry,
-
fluent English.
