Ihre Aufgaben

• Create and roll out the pricing strategy, together with the sales team and ensuring profitable growth

• Execute, and adapt if necessary, the go-to-market strategy for products in mass production

• Monitor the revenue and profit performance of the project pipeline

• Create analysis, reports and pricing strategies to be presented to management

• Create and support the creation of product-related material for customer communication

Ihr Profil

You have a proactive mindset combined with a structured and self-organized working style. You listen actively and openly to the customer and technical stakeholders to bring successful, profitable products and establishing longstanding relationships. You enjoy continuously developing your knowledge and skills and tackle change actively to reach your ambitious goals. You continuously demonstrate an excellent technical understanding and remain flexible and open even while working under pressure.

You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:

• A background in economics/business with a high technical affinity

• A degree in electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar could also be a good fit for this position

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience within product management ideally with products having complex supply chain

• Comprehensive knowledge of the automotive semiconductors market

• Able to cope with high-complexity contexts and to consolidate solution strategies for management decision making

• A team player mindset, enjoy working in a multicultural environment and have a passion for profit

• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, German will be an advantage
