remberg is a fast-growing start-up based in Munich. Founded in 2018 as a spin-off from TU Munich & CDTM, we use AI to bring service, operations, and maintenance of all kinds of industrial assets, such as machines and equipment, to a completely new level. We have raised €14 million in funding from investors such as Earlybird, Speedinvest, Fly Ventures, and angel investors including the founders of Personio and Celonis. Our 100+ customers, e.g. Kärcher, ams OSRAM, Liqui Moly, Edding, and Knuspr manage over 1 million assets - making sure that digital transformation in the industrial world becomes a reality.

Ihre Aufgaben

As Senior Software Engineer - Mobile (F/M/D) at remberg, you are responsible for our mobile technology strategy and delivery. Together with our product discovery and design team you architect functionalities for a best-in-class user experience across mobile devices.,

• You lead our mobile app development team, own technological and architectural decisions to ensure a continuous and high quality product delivery

• You are spearheading the modernisation of the first version of our mobile remberg app using the latest technology

• You drive cross-team engineering initiatives to ensure the reliability and stability of our software and, every few weeks, together with the product & engineering team you ship new features for our cloud-based software that immediately bring real value to our customers

• You act autonomously and take ownership of the features you build, while working in a highly collaborative team environment. You take data-driven decisions and lead by example, so that others can learn from you

• You drive technical discussions towards outcomes and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders

• You build beautiful, reusable code and libraries for future use and therefore ensure that our software can scale well in the upcoming months and years

• You write well-structured, commented, and documented code that can easily be understood by your peers. Furthermore, you test developed features to ensure the high quality of our product

• You contribute to the creation of internal engineering standards

• You show a strong track record of developing, testing, publishing, and maintaining the full lifecycle of mobile applications built in Ionic for iOS and Android

• You have a successful track record of working in an agile setup using continuous deployment and delivery

• You bring experience with event-driven architectures, domain-driven design, and eventual consistency

• You have 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams to tackle complex problems and coordinating implementation of features with stakeholders

• You are a proactive problem solver - you are willing to leave code and engineering practices in a better shape than when you first encountered them
