As a Sales Account Executive - Signage & Graphics Solutions for Germany, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:

Managing a defined set of key accounts in Germany (mainly southern Germany) by implementing corporate initiatives and positioning 3M as the preferred signage and graphics partner

Growing our signage and graphics business with the assigned accounts above market by selling the 3M brand and technologies

Strengthening customer relationships with converters, B2B end-customers, and municipalities in Germany

Engaging and collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. Technical Support, Marketing, Distribution Sales Team, EMEA Key Account Team) to identify and win new projects

Make use of our CRM system to plan, manage and document your sales activities
Ihr Profil
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Proven B2B sales experience selling technical products

Fluent German and good English language skills are a must

Willingness to travel extensively in the region of Germany (>3 days)

Experience of using CRM systems to plan, manage and document sales activities

High motivation and a self-starter mentality paired with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and excellent team collaboration abilities.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education

Experience or knowledge of graphics and traffic safety market and/or related product solutions is beneficial

Experience of working with municipalities is a plus
-
Experience of working in a large and complex corporate environment is desired
